We operate under the Mining Act of Tanzania (2010) and follow the OECD Responsible Gold Sourcing Framework, LBMA Good Delivery Practices, and AML/KYC regulations. Each shipment includes Export Permits, Certificates of Origin, Assay Reports, and TRA & Bank of Tanzania clearances for full traceability and transparency.

Future Outlook (2025–2030)

AVPHL aims to expand production capacity to 100 kg of gold per month, upgrade the CIP plant to 800 MT/day, and establish refining partnerships in Dubai and the United States. The company plans to diversify into industrial minerals and energy projects, solidifying its role as a leader in Africa’s resource economy.
